Uses dried bonito flakes from Japan. It is a blend of two types of bonito flakes, one with a rich flavor and the other with a strong umami flavor. It comes with a 5mm wide shavings that are easy to sprinkle on food. Fibers of bonito flakes are intentionally cut to bring soft texture. Great for Okonomiyaki, Tofu, Ohitashi, pickles, etc.
